So now there is a bitefight.org support ticket system.

STEP 1:http://support.en.bitefight.gameforge.com/
You enter this url and you see this page:


STEP 2:
You choose "Contact Support" and this appears:


STEP 3:
You choose "Game" in case you need Game-Help and a "Contact Support" form shows up.
1) You choose your server
2) Your In-Game username
3) You put your e-mail address on both fields
4) You put a subject so we know exactly what you need us for (DON'T let this field empty) 5) You write the message you want to send us.

STEP 4:
When you are done, you just press submit.

STEP 5(a):
If you get this screen:
Then your message has been sent and you probably received an e-mail about that.

STEP (b):
If you get this screen:
Try again in 20 to 30 minutes.


[blink]Every Ticket with subject like:
"WTF", "? ? ? ?", "question", etc.... will be closed and will NOT be checked. Also all Tickets that are pure spam will have a MINIMUM 7 days ban as result. [/blink]
